U.S. Fluid Milk Demand Continues to Decline – June…

Anecdotally, the trend of declining U.S. fluid milk demand has accelerated recently due to higher prices. Data is lagging, with the most recent available figures from March ’14, however the available data shows demand continues to remain below prior years. As additional data points become available, it will be interesting to see how higher prices affect fluid milk demand in the upcoming months.
